Aberdeen are in talks with AC Milan to sign Marko Lazetic on a loan deal in the ongoing window, according to Sky Sports News.
The Dons are in the market to strengthen their squad and they have brought a host of new faces.
However, Aberdeen boss Jimmy Thelin still wants to add a forward to his squad before the window closes.
The Scottish outfit are scouring the market in search of a centre forward and AC Milan’s 21-year-old Lazetic has caught their eye.
Aberdeen are currently in talks with the Serie A giants regarding a possible move for Lazetic.
Thelins’s side have approached AC Milan with an offer to take the young forward on loan with an option to buy in the summer.
Lazetic is currently on loan with Serbian side FK TSC Backa Topola and his loan expires in the summer.
The young forward has been a bit part player for FK TSC and has yet to score a goal for them.
Aberdeen now have to convince AC Milan to terminate Lazetic’s loan with the Serbian side so that the player can join them.
