This summer, Victor Eletu caught the eye of several European clubs. FC Lorient and Paris FC, among others, were keen to learn more about his situation. After all, the 20-year-old defensive midfielder’s contract status was drawing attention, as he was set to become a free agent.

However, the Rossoneri management took their time and finally secured his extension. The Nigeria U20 international has signed a new three-year deal and has likely received assurances regarding his playing time. Eletu’s contract situation had sparked plenty of questions among fans, especially as he captains the Primavera side.
