Michael Olise remains one of the hottest topics on the European transfer market. After Real Madrid was recently linked to the FC Bayern attacking star, Paris Saint-Germain is now also said to have put out feelers for the Frenchman. However, this does not change the stance of the German record champions.
The past few weeks have impressively demonstrated the stature Michael Olise has now achieved in top-level international soccer.
With outstanding performances at FC Bayern and, most recently, for the French national team, the 24-year-old has definitively established himself as a world-class player. Interest from Europe’s top clubs is correspondingly high.
After speculation about an alleged €150 million offer from Real Madrid recently fizzled out, the next heavyweight club is now making headlines.
As reported by the French publication L’Équipe, Paris Saint-Germain has placed the Bayern star on its wish list for the summer.
According to the report, officials at the reigning Champions League winners are convinced that Olise would be a perfect fit for the team on the field. Furthermore, it is believed in Paris that they can convince the French international to return to his homeland.
Financially, such a transfer would be no problem for PSG anyway. In particular, a potential sale of Bradley Barcola could free up additional funds and enable a move for Olise.
Unlike many other suitors, PSG can currently even point to sporting success as a selling point. The Parisians have won the Champions League twice in a row and are currently among the dominant teams in Europe. Added to this is the prospect of playing alongside numerous French national team players on the same squad.
At first glance, PSG therefore certainly appears to be an attractive destination.

But that is exactly where the story ends from Munich’s perspective. Because regardless of whether Real Madrid, PSG, or another top club comes knocking: FC Bayern’s leadership has made its position clear repeatedly and unequivocally in recent weeks: Michael Olise is not for sale.
Neither Herbert Hainer nor Uli Hoeneß has left any doubt recently that the Frenchman is viewed as an indispensable part of the club’s future plans.
There is also another decisive factor. According to information from Sky, Olise himself is not currently considering a club transfer at all. The attacking player feels at home in Munich and is currently fully focused on the World Cup with France.
Especially after his outstanding season, Bayern sees him as a key building block for the coming years.
The Munich club now regards Olise as one of the faces of the team.
His creativity, goal-scoring threat, and exceptional technical ability make him a player around whom the club wants to build a team for the long term.
It therefore comes as little surprise internally that rumors about Real Madrid, PSG, or other top European clubs surface regularly.
