FLW has asked ChatGPT to predict who will be in charge of all 24 Championship clubs

Managers don’t often stay at the same club for an extended period of time in the Championship due to how quickly success can transition into failure.

One season a team can be riding high and just miss out on promotion, before falling back down towards the relegation zone a matter of months later, much in the fashion of 2025/26 Sheffield United.

With this in mind, Football League World have employed ChatGPT to predict who will be leading all 24 Championship clubs in 2030.

Birmingham City – Lee Johnson

Currently managing out of the Belgian First Division B with Lommel, ChatGPT predicts that Lee Johnson will be guiding Birmingham City forward in five years.

His ability to blend youth with experienced pros is cited by the AI, who believe that Birmingham will shy away from appointing marquee names.

Blackburn Rovers - Jon Dahl Tomasson

Despite publicly falling out with Blackburn Rovers’ leadership during his last spell at Ewood Park, AI predicts a return for Jon Dahl Tomasson.

His progressive tactics and attacking football are said to be enough to lure Rovers back in for a second appointment, where Premier Leage football is still the ultimate goal.
