Discussing team news, Andrews revealed: "Reiss Nelson is going to be part of the [training] group tomorrow. It'll be similar to last week: we'll see how it goes and then make a decision on his involvement.
"The others are the same as we discussed last week; they won't be in contention for a few weeks, until the other side of the international break."
He added: "The squad are dusting themselves down after the disappointment of going out of the FA Cup. They gave everything.
"It was a huge physical exertion from the players, especially those who played 120 or more minutes, and then the emotions of going out in the manner that we did."
Rico Henry was ruled out with a hamstring injury last week, and Andrews further detailed: "He will be out for numerous weeks, for sure.
"It's a decent hamstring injury, so we just have to make sure we get that right for him, more so than us. We want him to get back to a good place.
"How long will that be? I'm not entirely sure."
Aaron Hickey (hamstring) remains sidelined, with Vitaly Janelt (metatarsal) and Josh Dasilva (knee ligament) also still out.
Fábio Carvalho and Antoni Milambo will miss the rest of the campaign due to ACL injuries.
On Wolves, who travel to west London on Monday night, Andrews assessed: "They've clearly had a frustrating season, and they would've had higher aspirations than what they've produced.
"Rob has built teams in his relatively young managerial career that have been really good and had promotions, with spirit and fight.
"What you've seen in recent weeks is what he's done before, with other teams.
"They've got some talented players, for sure. I'm not particularly surprised that they have been playing really well for a number of weeks now."
