Brentford boss Keith Andrews has signed a new deal with the club until 2032.
Andrews is in his first season in charge at the Bees, having taken over from Thomas Frank last summer.
He has guided the club to seventh at this stage of the Premier League season, having reached the new year with a club-record Premier League points total for that stage of a season.
“I’m very proud,” Andrews said after signing his new deal.
“It wasn’t long ago that I was signing my first contract so, to be sat here however many months later, that’s probably a good sign.
“It’s felt like it’s gone pretty quick, a lot has happened, but I’m just really proud to get that real vote of confidence from Matthew Benham, Phil Giles, Lee Dykes and Ben Ryan.
“Everyone knows that I’m pretty privileged to be head coach of this amazing club, so to do that for lots and lots more years will be nice.”
