Mohamed Salah continues to collect individual honours after another record breaking season with Liverpool.

Historic award in Croatia

The Egyptian forward was named Premier League Player of the Season for 2024 /25 at the first ever Sofascore Awards held in Zadar, Croatia.

The award's based solely on advanced statistical analysis without fan votes or jury opinions.

Salah received rating of 7.78 following campaign in which he led Liverpool to the PL title with 29 goal & 18 assist in 38 match.

Other winners across Europe

Achraf Hakimi (PSG) was crowned best player in Ligue 1 with score of 7.76 after winning domestic treble.
Raphinha (Barcelona) won both la liga’s best player award 7.80 and the Champions league award helping Barca reach the semifinals.
Joshua Kimmich (Bayern) topped the Bundesliga charts (7.91).
Mattia Zaccagni (Lazio) was named Serie A’s best with 7.34 rating.
Luka Modric received special "Legend" award for his outstanding 20 year career ahead of his recent move to AC Milan.

Another milestone for Salah

This accolade adds to Salah’s impressive collection this season including the Premier League’s official Player of the Season, the PFA Player of the Year and the FWA award from English journalists.

With this achievement Salah becomes only the 5th player in Premier League history to win the Player of the Season award twice joining Thierry Henry, Cristiano Ronaldo, Nemanja Vidic and Kevin De Bruyne.
