Arsenal are back in action in the Champions League tomorrow and Gunners manager Mikel Arteta has been taking his men through a new training drill.
The Emirates Stadium club travel to Portugal to take on Sporting CP, and they could do with a win in the first-leg of the quarter-final tie.
Arsenal lost their last two games – the Carabao Cup final against Manchester City and the quarter-final of the FA Cup against Southampton last Saturday.
The North Londoners will be desperate to get a good result on Tuesday and Arteta has been working on a new drill.
Arsenal stars were seen holding a pen together and had to keep it from dropping while controlling the ball with their feet during the drill.
They have also been handed a triple injury boost after Leandro Trossard, Declan Rice and Gabriel Magalhaes were all back in training this morning at the open training session at Sobha Realty Training Centre.
However, Bukayo Saka, Jurrien Timber and Eberechi Eze were not part of the session and it is unknown if they will be available for selection tomorrow.
Sporting have secured some impressive results in the Champions League this term, securing a 2-1 win over Paris Saint-Germain in January and a 5-0 victory over Bodoe/Glimt in the second-leg of their round-of-16 tie.
Arsenal will have to do better against them than they did in their last two games, and a good result tomorrow will be huge ahead of the second-leg at the Emirates next Wednesday.
The Gunners were dreaming of a quadruple just some weeks ago but are now only competing for two trophies and will hope to win both.
They remain nine points clear at the top of the Premier League table and victories in their next two fixtures – against Bournemouth and Manchester City – could see them wrap up the title.
