Arsenal have completed the signing of German international forward Selina Cerci on a permanent deal.

WSL Full-Time were informed of the news via an official club press release from The Gunners this morning.

The 26-year-old attacker joins Arsenal off the back of a spell with German Google Pixel Frauen-Bundesliga club TSG 1899 Hoffenheim. Cerci has spent the last two years with Die Kraichgauer, scoring 34 goals in just 47 appearances.

Prior to her spell with TSG 1899 Hoffenheim, the forward featured for Bayern Munich II, Werder Bremen, 1. FC Turbine Potsdam and 1. FC Köln. She has recorded an impressive goals-to-game ratio at the majority of her clubs, providing strong competition in the forward line.

On the international stage, Cerci has been capped by Germany on 20 occasions in which she has scored five goals. The player was named in the German squad for UEFA Women’s EURO 2025.

After signing Cerci, Arsenal head coach Renée Slegers said “I’m so pleased that Selina will be joining our group. She has impressive goalscoring numbers and brings good presence, physicality and forward intent. Combined with her strong work ethic, we feel these qualities make her a great addition to our squad.”

Cerci is Arsenal’s second signing of the summer transfer window.
