bArsenal are exploring a potential move to sign Real Madrid winger Vinicius Jr, according to David Ornstein of the Athletic.

The interest is understood to be at an early stage, with no breakthrough having been reached in the Brazilian’s contract renewal talks with the Spanish giants.

Vinicius currently has a deal with Real Madrid until next summer, meaning the club could face a major decision over his future if an agreement cannot be reached.

Meanwhile, Newcastle United boss Eddie Howe admits he does not know what the future holds for Bruno Guimaraes but insists he wants the midfielder to remain at St James’ Park.

Another one of Arsenal’s summer targets is PSG winger Bradley Barcola, who has reportedly decided not to renew his current contract at the French club.
