The state crown was sealed with a 1-1 draw against Inter at Beira-Rio on Sunday. It marked his first trophy as captain in his second spell, which began in August last year.

The midfielder featured in eight matches in the competition, starting seven, with 95% pass accuracy. He has become a technical and emotional reference for the side.
