Aston Villa are bracing themselves for interest in Morgan Rogers. The Villains are now looking at wingers to bolster their ranks.

According to the Daily Mail, Aston Villa have asked about Crysencio Summerville and have been offered the chance to sign Roony Bardghji.

Summerville caught the eye of clubs like Villa after bouncing back remarkably from an injury-riddled debut campaign with West Ham United.

He bagged seven goals and five assists in 34 appearances last season, earning himself a place on the Netherlands’ roster for the 2026 World Cup.

He carried his stellar form to the world stage, recording two goals and two assists before the Oranje crashed out.

Summerville is poised to leave this summer following relegation to the Championship, and Villa could use a man of his talents.

However, the Birmingham-based club will have to move quickly to snap him up as several Premier League and European clubs also want him.

As for Bardghji, the Barcelona star has struggled for playing time behind Lamine Yamal in the pecking order.

In his limited opportunities last season, he showed he is an exciting winger with end product to boot.

If Villa can manage to get him on loan with an option to buy, he could prove a terrific pick-up for the Europa League champions.

They both have top-level experience required to thrive in the UEFA Champions League and Premier League. The Villains could do a lot worse than these two targets.

It remains unclear whether this interest will translate into a concrete move down the line.

But alongside Johan Manzambi, Joao Gomes, and potentially Joao Palhinha, they can revitalise Unai Emery’s squad.
