There was a slightly awkward moment in Thomas Frank’s post-match interview as he was asked again and again about his future as Tottenham manager.
The Danish tactician is enduring a nightmare spell at Spurs, who sit in 16th place in the Premier League table, just five points above the relegation zone.
Still, Frank was clearly annoyed at quite how many questions he was being given about his future in this clip below on TNT Sports…
Frank gave his interviewer a distinctly unimpressed look, which prompted an amused reaction from pundit Michail Antonio.
Antonio felt Frank was being “prodded” a bit too hard about his job safety, and it clearly led to him “boiling up” inside and wanting the interview to end as soon as possible.
It was certainly a bit uncomfortable, and perhaps a sign that Frank is really feeling the pressure right now as results and performances continue to be so poor.

Frank impressed a great deal at former club Brentford, winning 132 games out of a total of 317 across seven years at the club.
At Tottenham, however, the 52-year-old has really struggled, and it looks like they could be in real danger of a relegation battle.
Frank simply hasn’t done enough to improve this Spurs side after they also had a disappointing campaign in 2024/25, finishing in 17th place.
On that occasion, though, Ange Postecoglou led them to glory in the Europa League final, so there was one quite considerable silver lining to the campaign, which is hard to see happening for them now.
