Barcelona boss Flick reveals Raphinha’s post-Alavés message | OneFootball

Barcelona head coach Hansi Flick has provided an insight into the details of a message sent the way of he and his staff by Raphinha on Saturday evening.

This of course comes with the Blaugrana fresh off a return to winning ways.

After being put to the sword in concerning fashion by Chelsea in the Champions League in midweek, Barca welcomed Deportivo Alavés to Catalunya, eyeing a bounce-back result.

And when all was said and done, this is precisely what they managed, by way of a 3-1 triumph.

Raphinha for his part played a starring role in as much, laying on a pair of goals in his first start since all the way back in September.

And post-match, the Brazilian international’s impact carried over to the dressing room.

Speaking to the media on the back of the full-time whistle at the Spotify Camp Nou, Hansi Flick explained:

“After the end of the match, Raphinha was telling me the same thing I said last time: We will improve. We will be much better in the upcoming matches.”
