Barcelona star Lamine Yamal beat out competition from the likes of Jude Bellingham and Vinícius Jr. to secure for himself the title of La Liga’s standout creator in 2024.

As much has today been confirmed by statisticians Opta.

Wide-man Lamine, for his part, is of course fresh off a special year.

Continuing to build on his reputation as world football’s standout young player, the 17-year-old dazzled on the club and international fronts alike.

Lamine boasts a whole host of outstanding individual traits, from immaculate touch to wonderful vision and near-unrivalled dribbling.

And it was such attributes which, combined, allowed the winger to secure the title of Spanish football’s very best assist-maker of the calendar year.

As per statisticians Opta, Lamine, alongside Athletic Club star Nico Williams, racked up more assists (16) than any other La Liga player across all competitions in 2024.

Close behind on 15 was Villarreal standout Álex Baena, with Real Madrid pair Jude Bellingham and Vinícius Jr. having managed 14 each, too.
