Barcelona willing to sell €30 million-rated homegrown midfielder on right terms, inform player’s camp | OneFootball

FC Barcelona will have to make some difficult decisions this summer, it seems. With little time left, it is clear enough that the club would be in favour of certain sales. Even if they are painful ones, the Catalans might have to go through with them.

One of the players who has been linked to a potential summer exit is Marc Casado. Due to his loss of prominence following January, it became clear that the 21-year-old midfielder would not be counted upon a lot under the guidance of Hansi Flick.

Barcelona to potentially facilitate Casado’s exit

With several players now ahead of him and others like Marc Bernal expected to return soon as well, Barcelona would be open to offloading him. In fact, according to SPORT, the club has now informed his camp that they will facilitate his departure if a reasonable offer arrives.

Valued at around €30 million as per Transfermarkt, the young midfielder could be offloaded for a price above that price point. However, as a homegrown talent, his sale could prove to be financially beneficial for the Catalan club.

While the player dreams of staying at the club, perhaps limited playing time between now and January of next year could change his mind. Barcelona, on the other hand, are much more inclined towards making some sort of sale this summer to balance out their finances and help other operations.
