Dani Olmo turned down a January approach from Al-Qadsiah, with a contract worth €40m over four years on the table, Sport reports.
The Saudi Pro League club also proposed a €60m fee to Barcelona and were prepared to increase it if required.
The 27-year-old made clear he would not accept any offer from their officials and has no desire to leave Catalonia again.
Al-Qadsiah had been monitoring Olmo with a view to a summer move, but their efforts to land him began in the winter window.
His second spell at Barcelona has been underwhelming so far. He has shown flashes, but consistency has eluded a €60m signing made in summer 2024. His future is being scrutinised and he has been linked with Inter, while continued inconsistency could prompt Barcelona to listen to offers.
