FC Bayern Munich announced a significant injury setback on Saturday evening.
The German champions confirmed that Serge Gnabry will be out for “a longer period” after suffering an adductor muscle tear in his right thigh.

There is no exact timeline for his return, but with the season drawing to a close, it's uncertain if Gnabry will feature again before it ends.
The injury comes at a bad time for Bayern, with semi-final ties in both the DFB-Pokal and the UEFA Champions League approaching.
It also casts doubt over whether the 30-year-old will be fit in time to represent Germany at the World Cup, which kicks off in less than two months.
