Boca return to training as push for Alexis Cuello continues

Boca returned to pre-season training and are pressing on with a move for Alexis Cuello. According to LaNumer12.com.ar, the club want the San Lorenzo forward to bolster their attack.

San Lorenzo want 3 million dollars for their 60 per cent, while Almagro value their 40 per cent at 2 million. With San Lorenzo’s internal situation easing, negotiations have begun to buy the Boedo club’s share.

Under Claudio Úbeda, the squad trained at Ezeiza after a Sunday off, completing day 11 of pre-season. Preparations have begun for their first friendly against Millonarios at La Bombonera on Wednesday.

Edinson Cavani, Carlos Palacios and Rodrigo Battaglia continued to work separately and have not yet joined full training.

The trio are not expected to be considered for the match.
