Bologna ‘to sell’ Jhon Lucumí if suitable offer arrives amid Sunderland interest

Sunderland-linked defender Jhon Lucumí could leave Bologna this year if a suitable bid arrives, with his future back under discussion.

“A year ago, we couldn’t sell him at the end of the transfer window, but we promised him that this year, given a suitable offer, we’d make it happen.” He was speaking to Pallone nel 7.

The Colombian centre-back has been a long-term target for the Black Cats, whose efforts to sign him were halted last summer when Bologna refused to sell.
