Bayern Munich could be willing to offload centre-back Kim Min-jae next summer.
Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur have registered an interest in the 29-year-old defender, as both clubs are looking to bolster their defence.
Spurs have shown interest in signing Bayern midfielder Leon Goretzka, who will be a free agent after the end of the season.

Christian Falk has informed CFBayern that both London clubs are interested in the South Korean, who could be sold in the summer if the right offer comes in.
Even without Levi Colwill, who suffered an ACL injury ahead of the 2025-26 season, Chelsea have a wealth of options for centre-back roles.
Irrespective of where they finish this season, the Blues are always looking to refresh their squad, and adding an experienced centre-back could be a priority.
Tottenham signed Joao Palhinha from Bayern on loan last summer, but it is unclear whether they would be willing to sign him permanently. In all probability, they will not.
Cristian Romero has been vocal about Tottenham’s lack of spending in the January window, and his future is in doubt.
Spurs could also ship out the likes of Radu Dragusin and Ben Davies next summer, and bring in fresh new faces, and Kim Min-jae could be a handy option.
Christian Falk informed CFBayern that Max Eberl had already informed the defender’s camp last summer that Bayern would be willing to part ways if they received a good offer.
Eberl recently confirmed that Bayern may not need to sign a new defender and hinted that Min-jae is part of the plans.
He said: “I would say yes. We have Konrad Laimer, Josip Stanisic, Alphonso Davies, Hiroki Ito, and the three center-backs with Upa, Jonathan Tah, and Min-jae Kim. I think that gives you seven players for four positions. You’re already in a very good position. There won’t be any need to do anything.”
Min-jae has dropped down the pecking order behind Dayot Upamecano and Jonathan Tah.
He has made 10 starts in the Bundesliga, and a further four appearances have come from the bench. The defender feels very comfortable in Munich and accepts the current situation.
