Borussia Dortmund and Augsburg go head-to-head in the Bundesliga this weekend at SIGNAL IDUNA PARK.
With only two defeats against league leaders Bayern Munich in the entire Bundesliga season so far, Dortmund will look to continue their impressive form and maintain their position near the top of the table.
Borussia Dortmund come into the match with a few injury concerns but remains one of the strongest attacking teams in the Bundesliga this season.
Midfielder Emre Can and defender Filippo Mane are currently sidelined with their respective injuries.
Carney Chukwuemeka, another player who has been struggling with fitness problems, is still a couple of weeks away from his return, while Ramy Bensebaini is suspended for this encounter.
Serhou Guirassy will once again lead the attack with support from Julian Brandt and Maximilian Beier. The forward netted his 12th goal of this Bundesliga season against Koln last time out.

After back-to-back defeats against Atalanta and Bayern Munich, Dortmund bounced back and secured a 2-1 victory against Koln which showcased the team’s resilience and attacking quality, with goals from Serhou Guirassy and Maximilian Beier sealing the win.
They currently sit at second place in the Bundesliga table with 55 points from 25 matches, 11 points behind Bayern Munich.
After three consecutive victories in the league against Heidenheim, Wolfsburg, and Koln, they suffered a defeat at the hands of Leipzig (1-2) last week. They sit in ninth position in the table with 31 points from 25 matches.
