Christos Mandas Destined to Leave Lazio

The 24-year-old found some space under Igor Tudor and Marco Baroni, and he even became the club’s first option during the second half of the previous campaign. According to Il Messaggero, Bournemouth have expressed their interest in Mandas, while Lazio have set their asking price at €20 million. The Biancocelesti aren’t willing to offer any discounts, especially for the Cherries, who have sabotaged their plans for their primary midfield target, Alex Toth, and could also prevail in the race for coveted Brazilian teenager Rayan.

Lazio Keeping Tabs on Filip Stankovic

The Roman newspaper adds that if the Italian capital side ends up selling the Greek goalkeeper, Angelo Fabiani has identified two replacements. The first is 23-year-old Venezia shot-stopper Filip Stankovic, the son of former Lazio midfielder and fan favorite, Dejan Stankovic.

The second option is Bento, who was on the cusp of finalizing a loan move from Al-Nassr to Genoa last week. The Saudi Pro League giants then blocked the transfer due to a selection crisis, but the 26-year-old Brazilian could still end up leaving the club in the coming weeks if his employers manage to find a solution.
