Brentford FC have reportedly submitted a written offer for 1. FC Köln attacker Saïd El Mala.
According to Bild, the Premier League club are offering a €40 million base fee, plus €5 million in easily achievable bonuses, along with a 15% sell-on clause for Köln.

1. FC Köln managing director for sport Thomas Kessler confirmed on Tuesday that an offer has been received for the 19-year-old, without disclosing the identity of the bidding club.
Kessler added that the offer is at a level that has left him “open to talks”.
According to Bild, the offer also includes a deadline: if no agreement is reached within a few days, Brentford will withdraw from negotiations.
Köln signed El Mala for just €350,000 from third-division side FC Viktoria Köln in 2025.
