Bristol City’s Ashton Gate to host Subway Women’s League Cup final | OneFootball

The 2025/2026 Subway Women’s League Cup final will be staged at Bristol City’s Ashton Gate Stadium.

WSL Full-Time were informed of the news via an official press release from WSL Football this morning.

The showpiece will take place on Sunday 15 March 2026 and will kick-off at 2.15pm. The game will be broadcast live on BBC One.

Ashton Gate has been used to host plenty of high-profile women’s football fixtures in recent years. The stadium is primarily the home of Bristol City Women while the venue has welcomed England’s Lionesses on several occasions. There is a real passion for top-class women’s sport in the city and Ashton Gate will now have the opportunity to host another big game in the form of the 2025/2026 Subway Women’s League Cup final.

Speaking after this morning’s announcement, Holly Murdoch, Chief Operating Officer for WSL Football said: “Bristol is a city rich in sporting heritage, and with its strong history of hosting major women’s sporting events, Ashton Gate feels like the perfect choice for this season’s final.

“We look forward to working closely with the team there to deliver a memorable experience for our fans and the wider Bristol community.”

Tickets for the 2025/2026 Subway Women’s League Cup final will go on-sale next month.
