Sunday's final Premier League game sees Fulham host Manchester United, and it's been all the Red Devils so far. But they've experienced a shocking moment just before half-time.
Despite a handful of attempts in the first half, largely from the creativity and skill of Mathues Cunha, things remained deadlocked.
But then VAR handed Manchester United a chance to score the first in the game and of their season from the spot. Calvin Bassey threw Mason Mount down to the ground, leading to a penalty.
Manager Ruben Amorim had his eyes down to the ground as the captain stepped up, and it was a good thing he did because Fernandes absolutely skied his attempt over the bar.
It goes down at the captain's first penalty miss in the Premier League since Dec. 6, 2023. Some 627 days ago!
Prior to this, he had an 81% (22/27) success rate from the penalty spot.
