Manchester United had a plethora of players on international duty last night.

Portugal beat the United States 2-0 in a friendly, with Bruno Fernandes playing an important role as usual.

He created two assists and two big chances in the match. His beautiful backheel set up Francisco Trincao to score and showcased his incredible vision.

Fernandes also played a pinpoint corner to Joao Felix, who fired in a terrific volley to double Portugal’s lead. Fernandes also almost scored himself when put through on goal, but his swivelled shot was well stopped by the keeper.

Diogo Dalot played the second half of Portugal’s victory.

He made one key pass and came out on top in one duel. He did complete 90% of his passes, though, in a quiet display.

Casemiro

Casemiro played 61 minutes of Brazil’s 3-1 win over Croatia.

He completed 90% of his passes and had two shots on goal that were blocked.

The midfield enforcer also won an impressive five out of six ground duels.

Matheus Cunha

Cunha played 76 minutes of the match and created one big chance in the game.

He completed an incredible 96% of his passes and had three shots on goal without scoring. Cunha also won his only tackle and three ground duels.

Manuel Ugarte

Ugarte played a valuable 90 minutes as Uruguay drew 0-0 with Algeria.

He completed 91% of his passes and had one shot on goal. Ugarte won all three tackles and six ground duels in a combative display in the middle.

Kobbie Mainoo

Mainoo played 71 minutes of England’s 0-1 loss to Japan.

He completed 94% of his passes and completed both his dribble attempts. Mainoo also won 100% of his tackles and a total of six duels in the match.

Marcus Rashford also played 19 minutes as a substitute, and Harry Maguire came on for the final 10 minutes of the match.

Maguire almost grabbed a late equaliser for the Three Lions, but his header from a corner was cleared off the line.

Amad

The winger played the final 21 minutes of the Ivory Coast’s 1-0 win over Scotland.

He had one shot on target and completed his only dribble attempt in the match.

Amad also made two key passes and won two duels in a busy end to the match.

James Scanlon

Scanlon played the 90 minutes in Gibraltar’s 0-1 defeat to Latvia.

He had one key pass and completed three crosses in the game. The youngster, on loan at Swindon Town, also had a shot on target and completed two dribble attempts.
