Bruno Guimarães attended the Vasco v Mirassol match at São Januário during the 20th round of the Brasileirão, according to Globo.com.
The Newcastle and Brazil midfielder is on holiday after taking part in his national team’s World Cup campaign.

He has attracted interest from Arsenal and could leave Newcastle in this transfer window.
In 2024 he said he supports Vasco and hopes to play for the Rio club one day.
He spoke of wanting to fulfil his father’s dream by playing for Vasco, said his whole family are Vasco supporters, and expressed lasting gratitude to Athletico-PR. He added that he now follows both clubs and that he grew up at São Januário as a Vasco fan.
