Como’s sporting director, Ludi, has spoken out on Cesc Fabregas’ future at the club, and the door has been left open to a departure.
Obviously Ludi wants Fabregas to stay at the club, because he has done superbly since he arrived there. But it sounds like he has also accepted the fact that Fabregas is going to be getting some good offers soon and could depart.

One of those offers could come from Chelsea, who are likely keeping any eye on Fabregas as they weigh up their next manager choices. Fabregas has certainly been linked and would be a popular choice amongst the Blues fan base.

In words picked up on X today, Ludi said:
“We’re calm. We’re focused on these next few games. We’re incredibly aligned with Cesc but we can’t predict the future. However, I’m sure that we will continue this journey together.”
That sounds more than feasible that he could still leave, right? It does to me anyway.
Blues midfielder Romeo Lavia spoke this week about the Chelsea’ title chances and what he and his teammates thought about Calum McFarlane.
Liam Rosenior will get a lot of money from Chelsea after they sacked him, but it won’t be close to the full value of his deal. The BBC have broken it all down for us.
