Cardiff City’s interest in Tottenham Hotspur youngster and West Bromwich Albion target Will Lankshear is advanced compared to his other suitors, according to Wales Online.

The 19-year-old centre forward is highly rated at Tottenham Hotspur and he is attracting interest from several Championship outfits.

Spurs want to send Lankshear on loan in the ongoing window to get the first-team exposure he needs to develop himself.

Cardiff City and West Brom are among his suitors, with the Wales outfit particularly keen on him.

Omer Riza’s side have signed a centre forward in the form of Yousef Salech, but they still want to sign one more.

It is claimed that Cardiff’s interest in Tottenham forward Lankshear is at an advanced stage compared to his other suitors.

Tony Mowbray’s side are pushing for promotion and they also consider the 19-year-old will be a good fit for their squad.

Lankshear has featured six times for Spurs in all competitions this season and has scored a goal against Galatasaray in the Europa League.
