Ahead of Casa Pia v Benfica on Monday, 6 April, Mourinho has been lifted by the return of forward João Rego to training after a muscle injury that sidelined him for almost a month.
Record writes that he could be in contention for the match, with the 20-year-old having split his minutes between the senior and B teams this season.
Seen as one of Seixal's standout prospects, he has been a regular pick under Mourinho. During the winter window he received offers from other clubs but chose to remain at Luz and renewed his deal.
His new contract runs until summer 2030 and includes a 100 million euros release clause. His immediate future is expected to involve a loan, with Benfica considering a move to a Primeira Liga side to accelerate his development.
This season he has made 23 competitive appearances for Benfica, across nine in Liga Portugal Meu Super, eight in Liga Portugal Betclic, three in the Taça de Portugal, two in the Champions League and one in the Taça da Liga. He has logged 890 minutes and scored two goals.
