Castello Lukeba releases debut rap track with R2 as part of new series

Castello Lukeba has moved into music, releasing his first rap track with R2 on Friday. According to L'Équipe, the project links football and rap.

Titled "Prends pas la tête", the collaboration pairs the RB Leipzig centre-back with R2, who has several million monthly listeners on streaming platforms.

The track was created during the opening episode of "Du Dribble au Mic", a new series co-produced by content creator Florian Gautier, known for "Deux nuits avec".

Lukeba, 23, is in his third season with RB Leipzig in the Bundesliga, where he is an undisputed starter.

The former Lyon defender has one cap for Didier Deschamps' France, earned against Scotland on 17 October 2023.
