CBF details rounds 11-17 of Brasileirão Feminino A-1 as Sereias sit eighth

The CBF has confirmed the schedule for rounds 11 to 17 of the Brasileirão Feminino A-1 first phase, with the competition paused for the FIFA international window and due back in two weeks. According to Diario Do Peixe, Sereias da Vila are eighth on eight points from six games.
Their campaign reads two wins, three draws and one defeat, with nine scored and seven conceded. Results so far are 2-1 against Grêmio, 1-1 at Cruzeiro, 3-0 over Mixto-MT, 1-3 at Bahia, 1-1 with Ferroviária and 1-1 at Botafogo.
The 18 clubs face each other once, after 17 rounds the top eight advance to the quarter-finals and two sides go down to Série A-2. Knockout ties are played over two legs. The base dates are 30 August and 6 September for the quarters, 13 and 20 September for the semis, and 27 September and 4 October for the final.
Each club receives a fixed R$ 720,000 in the first phase, with a further R$ 20,000 for every nationally televised first-choice pick. Prize money stands at R$ 2,000,000 for the champions and R$ 1,000,000 for the runners-up.
From 2027, the CBF will require all participating athletes to hold professional contracts. Next up, Sereias host Atlético-MG on 20 April at Vila Belmiro, visit Palmeiras on 27 April, then face Internacional at home on 1 May.
