Celtic beat Livingston 4-2 to stay second in the Scottish Premiership, overturning an early deficit with three first half goals including a Benjamin Nygren brace and an Arne Engels penalty.
Cristian Montano struck in the third minute, rifling in to give Livingston the lead. Nygren levelled (6.) from Daizen Maeda's delivery, Montano restored the advantage (8.) and Yang Hyun-Jun tucked in another equaliser (10.).
Kieran Tierney then teed up Nygren, who swept home from the left (31.). A handball by Daniel Finalyson was given after a corner. VAR confirmed the spot kick and Arne Engels converted low to the right (39.). Nygren is now on eight league goals, third in the Premiership scoring chart.
After the restart, half time substitute Jeremy Bokila dragged wide from the centre and Jerome Prior made routine stops, while Viljami Sinisalo denied Montano from close range (70.).
The Bhoys controlled possession at 66.5% and registered seven shots on target from 18 attempts. Livingston produced 13 attempts and forced 11 corners.
Livingston host Dundee United next. The Bhoys visit Motherwell next.
