Champions Arsenal face tough challenge in Women’s Champions League draw
European champions Arsenal are drawn against Lyon, Real Madrid, and Bayern Munich in the new league phase of the competition.
Chelsea will face Barcelona for the fourth consecutive season in the Women's Champions League, having been eliminated by them in the semi-finals three times previously.
Debutants Manchester United will play Paris Saint-Germain, Lyon, Wolfsburg, and Juventus, with former goalkeeper Mary Earps set to return.
The expanded Women's Champions League now features 18 teams, with each club playing six fixtures, comprising three home and three away matches.
The top four teams in the league phase will progress directly to the quarter-finals, while those ranked 5th to 12th will compete in a play-off round.
