Chelsea will once again have to cope without their midfield maestro. After picking up an injury against Manchester United, Cole Palmer is still not fit to return. Speaking at a press conference ahead of the clash with Liverpool, Enzo Maresca was unequivocal:

"Cole is still unavailable. Trevoh is suspended. At the moment, we have seven or eight players out. As for Cole, I don't have any significant updates. We had a meeting this week about his condition, but for now, nothing new."

This absence is a heavy blow, as the former Manchester City man has established himself as the Blues' driving force in recent months.
