Chelsea have been named as one of the two most likely clubs for one of the Premier League’s rising defensive stars this week.
The news comes off the back of Chelsea only managing to draw 2-2 at home with Ipswich Town on Sunday, a team who are destined to be in the Championship again next season.
One BBC pundit has pinned the blame on the players for the draw on Sunday, saying that they have to take a long hard look at themselves after that poor performance.
And head coach Enzo Maresca has also picked out two of his players for making some mistakes in the game which he believes was not good enough and cost them.
Overall though it was so poor, and blame really must be shared between the head coach, the manager, and those who have built an unbalanced squad at Chelsea that severely lacks quality experience and balance.
We will soon be speaking about the summer transfer window plans a lot more as well as we head towards the end of another season, and Chelsea are expected to be very busy again buying and selling players.

It’s being reported now by GIVEMESPORT that Bournemouth centre back Dean Huijsen is most likely to make a Premier League move this summer rather than abroad, and as we all know, Chelsea have a very keen interest in signing him.
The report says Liverpool, Chelsea, Arsenal, Newcastle United and Tottenham Hotspur have all made contact with the Huijsen camp. The five clubs are each aware there is significant interest, and it is conceivable a deal is pre-agreed before the transfer window opens for an initial 10 days on June 1.
As well as that, Liverpool and Chelsea apparently have Huijsen particularly high in their thinking.
