Chelsea host Bournemouth in the Premier League tonight with both teams bidding to get back into form.

Enzo Maresca’s side fell to a 2-1 defeat to Aston Villa at the weekend, surrendering a lead to lose at Stamford Bridge.

The result extended their recent run to one win in six Premier League games. Currently fifth in the Premier League table, the Blues have fallen out of the guaranteed Champions League places.

Bournemouth also arrive into the contest in concerning form. The Cherries are without a win in nine Premier League games and lost 4-1 at Brentford last time out. Andoni Iraola’s side have kept just one clean sheet across that run.

Enzo Maresca will be back in the dugout after the Chelsea coach served a touchline ban at the weekend. In terms of team news, Marc Cucurella is a doubt after the Spaniard sustained a hamstring injury against Aston Villa. Malo Gusto could come in at left-back to replace Cucurella.

Elsewhere, Maresca could reshuffled his backline for the Cherries clash. Reece James started at right-back against Aston Villa, despite featuring in midfield of late.

Josh Acheampong is an option at full-back. Wesley Fofana and Tosin Adarabioyo are also competing with Benoit Badiashile to partner Trevoh Chalobah at centre-back.
