Andrée Jeglertz’s side got our hands on the major trophy six days after our status as champions of England was confirmed following a phenomenal top-flight campaign by the Blues in 2025/26.

Across 22 league assignments, City amassed 55 points – our joint-highest ever – and scored the most goals across the division with 62.

Kerolin played 15 of those WSL matches, scored nine goals and registered five assists.

And the Brazil international says the Blues deserved the title after our stellar performances in 2025/26.

“I don’t have words to explain my feelings,” she said.

“I’m so happy, I’m so proud of the group. The whole season we showed we deserve this so much. And today we celebrate.

“I knew it since the beginning because the way the team was playing. Andrée has come here and changed our mentality because everything was going well.

“Then we know how to win, and we changed the mentality, it isn’t easy, but now we need to hold it there.”

Canadian defender Jade Rose got the party started at the Chigwell Construction Stadium when tucking home our first in the 4-1 success over West Ham.

It was the centre-back’s first WSL strike of the season after she controlled the ball well at a corner before tucking home with a left-footed finish.

A summer signing after graduating from Harvard University, the 2025/26 campaign represented her first in professional club football and she has excelled across our backline.

And Kerolin has hailed Rose’s impact since signing for the Club.

She added: “Jade is an incredible player and an amazing defender.

“She came here and has helped us a lot. She’s solved a lot of problems and, by the way, well done to her because it’s her first professional contract.

“She’s doing amazing. I hope the best for her.”
