Roma manager Claudio Ranieri addressed the media on the eve of the match against Spurs.
The Italian technician spoke to reporters from White Hart Lane.
“It will be a difficult match. Tottenham are in a crazy moment and play a football I love,” remarked the veteran technician.
“I want to applaud Postecoglou for the work he is doing,” he added.
“I’ll talk to Hummels tomorrow morning and also to all the others and see how everyone’s doing,” said the coach.
“I’m calm because I didn’t dislike the performance in Naples. The team reacted well, that’s what I asked for.”
“I see the team with a desire to do well. I am moderately positive, but I don’t expect anything special in these three games.”
“Europa League is a great incentive for us, it is not an obstacle,” he added.
“Tomorrow we play against a magnificent team, they will not let us breathe. I am happy, I care about every match, about everything, no exceptions.”
“Dybala? I wouldn’t have brought him to Naples with us, but he asked me to come because he cares about the team and his teammates, and then I ended up risking him for three minutes.”
“Having him or not having him makes a huge difference to us. Tomorrow I will decide if Dybala can play.”
