A group of Corinthians councillors and associates has filed a new impeachment request against president Osmar Stabile with the Conselho Deliberativo, alleging breaches tied to the hiring of security companies and seeking the opening of removal proceedings.

According to Meu Timao, the filing argues that alleged irregularities have undermined transparency, governance and the club’s finances, centring on the engagement of Mega Assessoria Operacional Ltda, linked to Fernando José da Silva, “Nandão”, the club’s current operations manager.

The document claims Mega was engaged without a formal contract and without prior approval from the Conselho de Orientação, a requirement for certain administrative expenses. It also questions three invoices issued to the club that total R$ 676,000, alleging a lack of contract formalisation and inconsistencies in the fiscal paperwork.

The authors add that Mega lacked Polícia Federal authorisation to provide private security services, and they cite ongoing Ministério Público inquiries into the hiring and the invoices.

The filing also names Bear Security Ltda, said to handle Stabile’s personal security. It alleges the firm was not regularised with the Polícia Federal and had provided services to the president’s family before he took office.

The text states the club paid about R$ 586,000 to Bear Security, which was incorporated in January 2025 and began invoicing Corinthians only after Stabile became president.

The signatories argue the hires reflect hazardous management practices, including no competition, missing contracts, possible conflicts of interest and a lack of transparency to internal oversight bodies.

They say the facts could breach the Estatuto Social, the Lei Geral do Esporte, the Código Civil and sporting rules, and ask the board to process the impeachment request, notify the Ministério Público de São Paulo and commission an independent audit of emergency hires and payments without contracts.

The claims reflect the signatories’ version and remain subject to review by Corinthians’ internal bodies and competent authorities, as well as the president’s defence.
