Liverpool have at least one club eager to strike a deal with them. The Reds are a club in demand right now.
The summer transfer window was one to remember at Liverpool. We've never seen the likes of it before.
The Reds twice broke their transfer record, doing so at each end of the window. Their last signing, Alexander Isak from Newcastle United, broke the British transfer record, in fact.

They've now got a squad built for Arne Slot, something you couldn't say about the title-winning group last season. That certainly puts quite a bit of pressure on the Dutchman - but we can't say we're worried about him thriving under it.
After all, he won the Premier League with a group that wasn't his.
But this isn't actually the final group. Liverpool still have work to do and did want to complete a couple more deals at the deadline.
One of those is now set to be revitalised.

Milan Live claims AC Milan will try again to sign Joe Gomez. The Italians attempted to get a deal done on deadline day for the centre-back but essentially ran out of time.
Liverpool weren't certain about signing off on the deal until Marc Guehi joined from Crystal Palace. That never happened, of course, and the delay made it impossible for Gomez to join Milan.
That's despite the player reportedly being eager to do so. Milan are certainly eager to sign him - they're reportedly 'serious' about getting a January deal done.
It'll be interesting to see if the Guehi situation plays into that. Liverpool have a complex situation at centre-back, with Ibrahima Konate's contract expiring at the end of the season.
Virgil van Dijk is in need of a relatively short-term successor, too, as he'll only have one year left on his deal come the summer of 2026. But with both Konate and Gomez potentially departing, that leaves Giovanni Leoni as the remaining option.
January, then, could see the real start of the shakeup. Konate will certainly receive offers, while Milan will try to grab Gomez.
We'll have to see what Liverpool do.
