According to Real Madrid Confidencial, Serie A side Como are continuing their focus on Real Madrid’s youth academy.
After successfully signing Nico Paz and Jacobo Ramon from Los Blancos, the club has now turned its attention to Gonzalo Garcia, a young striker who impressed during the FIFA Club World Cup under Xabi Alonso.
It is to be noted that despite his standout performances at the summer tournament, Garcia has not yet become a regular in Alonso’s first-team plans this season.
This situation could open the door for a potential move, with talks between the two clubs possibly taking place in January.
Como manager Cesc Fabregas has already made a name for himself in signing Spanish talents, particularly from Real Madrid and Barcelona, and he sees Garcia as a key addition to his squad.
Gonzalo Garcia’s record speaks for itself. He has broken the scoring record for Real Madrid’s reserve team, proving his quality as a striker.

Given his limited playing time this season, a move to Como could provide the opportunity for regular first-team football and further development.
From Real Madrid’s perspective, they may be open to the transfer if it benefits both the player and the club, especially since Como have already shown a successful track record with former Los Blancos talents like Nico Paz.
For the forward, the move could be a chance to showcase his talent in a competitive league while gaining valuable experience.
With the winter transfer window approaching, a decision from Real Madrid will need to be made soon.
Both clubs have time to negotiate, and Garcia’s future could hinge on whether he can secure more minutes on the pitch.
