Harry Kane is once again proving himself as a top scorer at the World Cup. So it’s no surprise that the FC Bayern striker is once again attracting interest from top international clubs. Now, a report is fueling new speculation.
Harry Kane continues to be in impressive form. Following his outstanding season with Bayern Munich, the Englishman is also one of the standout players at the World Cup and has played a major role in the Three Lions’ run to the semifinals.
His performances have not gone unnoticed internationally. As transfer insider Sacha Tavolieri reports for the Swiss branch of Sky, Al Hilal is actively pursuing a deal to sign the Bayern star.
According to the report, the top Saudi club is “dreaming” of a Kane transfer. Al Hilal is said to have already made contact with the striker’s entourage to explore the terms of a potential move.
Kane has reportedly not made a decision yet. The 32-year-old reportedly wants to first consider his athletic and financial options after the World Cup.
Another claim by Tavolieri is particularly explosive. According to this, Kane is said to still have a buyout clause that would allow for a transfer for 65 million euros.
However, this account contradicts earlier statements from Munich.
Bayern’s honorary president, Uli Hoeneß, had already told BILD in February that the buyout clause had expired in the summer of 2026 and that the record champions therefore no longer felt any pressure in that regard.
Whether a valid clause actually still exists therefore remains unclear. There has been no confirmation of this so far.

Regardless of the current rumors, FC Bayern’s stance is clear. Club officials are planning for the long term with Kane and intend to intensify talks about a contract extension after the World Cup.
Most recently, the Englishman has also been linked with FC Barcelona, among others. However, there are no known concrete plans for a transfer on the player’s part.
Instead, a contract extension in Munich remains the most likely scenario. Given Kane’s consistently outstanding performances, it’s hardly surprising that clubs like Al Hilal are closely monitoring the situation.
