Corinthians lost 2-0 to Coritiba at Neo Química Arena on Wednesday night in the fifth round of the Brasileirão, and the display drew stinging fan verdicts for the forwards and the bench.

According to Meu Timao’s Notas da Torcida, Gui Negão and Memphis Depay were scored at an average of 0.5. Among the substitutes, Dieguinho led with 1.1, Vitinho had 0.8 and Pedro Raul also received 0.5.

In midfield, André Luiz topped the starters on 1.3 from 1,021 votes, followed by Breno Bidon on 1.2. André Carrillo registered 1.0, Allan 0.9 and Rodrigo Garro 0.8. Debutant Zakaria Labyad earned 1.4 from 995 evaluations.

The defence fared slightly better but still modestly. Gabriel Paulista led on 1.8 from 1,029 votes, goalkeeper Hugo Souza had 1.2 and Matheus Bidu 1.1. Matheuzinho and Gustavo Henrique both recorded 1.0, while Fabrizio Angileri had 0.7.

On the touchline, assistant Lucas Silvestre, deputising for suspended Dorival Júnior, received an average of 0.3 from 1,005 assessments. Referee Paulo Cesar Zanovelli da Silva was rated 2.2.

The result leaves Corinthians on seven points in eighth place. They visit Santos on Sunday 15 at Vila Belmiro, kick-off 16:00, as the league campaign continues.
