Corinthians have verbal agreements to sign right-back Pedro Milans and forward Kaio César, according to Globo.com.

After unveiling centre-back Gabriel Paulista and midfielder Matheus Pereira in 2026, the club is working to complete the pair. There is also a loan agreement with Fortaleza for goalkeeper João Ricardo, who will report in March once he has recovered from injury.

Milans' deal is more advanced. The Uruguayan arrived in Brazil early on Wednesday, passed his medical, and has a four-year contract finalised. The 23-year-old moves on a free after his Peñarol contract ended.

He still requires a work visa in Brazil, a process expected to take a few days. Cautious about timing, the club only confirms signings when paperwork and registration are complete.

Kaio César remains in Saudi Arabia while Corinthians and Al Hilal finalise a one-year loan. He had been expected to fly on Sunday, though the paperwork could push his arrival to early next week.

The loan has been put at 500 thousand euros, about R$ 3.1 million, while Corinthians says it will only cover the player's wages. An option to buy stands at 6 million euros for 50 percent of his economic rights at the end of 2026.

Corinthians remain active in the market, negotiating for midfielders Allan of Flamengo and Alisson of São Paulo. The club also want a left-back and at least one more attacker.
