Corinthians face Copa do Brasil finals and NBB action this week

The year 2025 is heading towards its final days, and with that, sports competitions are coming to an end. In the third week of December, Corinthians only has commitments in the Copa do Brasil – the grand final of the tournament, and the Novo Basquete Brasil (NBB).

The first match of the week takes place this Monday (15), for the NBB. Corinthians faces Rio Claro at the Wlamir Marques Gymnasium, starting at 8 PM (Brasília time). The team led by Jece Leite seeks to maintain a winning streak after defeating Brasília in the previous round.

The second commitment is also for the basketball team, again for the NBB. After two home games, Corinthians visits Basquete Osasco at the Geodésico Gymnasium, at 7:30 PM.

On the same day and just hours later, the Neo Química Arena will be packed to support and cheer on the People's Team in the first leg of the Copa do Brasil grand final. Corinthians faces Vasco da Gama starting at 9:30 PM, needing a win to have an advantage in the return match.

The club from Parque São Jorge only has commitments again on Sunday, the 21st, for the NBB and the Copa do Brasil. In the morning, Timão visits Pinheiros at the Henrique Villaboim Gymnasium, at 11 AM.

To close the day and the week, Corinthians faces Vasco da Gama at the Maracanã Stadium, at 6:30 PM, for the return match of the Copa do Brasil final. In case of an aggregate victory, or in penalties, Timão lifts the trophy at the historic stadium.
