Gaviões da Fiel have called on Corinthians supporters to join a march to Vila Belmiro before Wednesday, 28 January, when the side open their Brasileirão campaign against Bahia.
According to Meu Timao, fans will meet at the Santos sub-headquarters on Rua Marechal Pego Júnior, 61, at 15h on Wednesday, then walk together to the stadium.
Corinthians will host at Vila Belmiro as part of an arrangement involving Santos and the CBF. The move was made so the team enjoy the same three days of rest as Flamengo before the Supercopa do Brasil.
Corinthians face Flamengo on Sunday, one February, at Mané Garrincha in Brasília. Initially, Corinthians were due to start the league on 29 January while Flamengo were set to play on 28, so the club sought to bring their opener forward.
Corinthians could not play in São Paulo on 28 January because São Paulo host Flamengo the same day at Morumbis. Military Police typically do not allow two major clubs to play in the city on the same day, making Vila Belmiro a workable logistical solution.
Meanwhile, Santos used Neo Química Arena in a draw with Red Bull Bragantino in the Paulistão on Sunday. The date was free because Corinthians were in Rio Claro to face Velo Clube in the State competition.
