Corinthians closed 2025 with a deficit of R$ 143.4 million, while gross debt stood at R$ 2.723 billion.

According to ge.globo, revenue beat the budget by 17% but expenses were 22% above plan, and an operational surplus of R$ 13.9 million became a deficit once financial items were included.

The figures were presented by president Osmar Stabile’s administration to the club’s oversight bodies. Until May 2025 Augusto Melo was president, impeached over the Caso VaideBet, then Stabile took charge.

The Deliberative Council votes on Monday, 27 April. The General Sports Law sets a 30 April deadline for Serie A and B clubs, and rejection could remove Stabile and render him ineligible.

Debt was R$ 2.8 billion in November 2025. The dip reflects the Copa do Brasil title and a PGFN tax deal that cut a R$ 1.2 billion liability by 46.6% to R$ 679 million, reducing total debt by about R$ 217.4 million.

In 2026 the club paid RCE instalments near R$ 5 million and settled obligations of R$ 41 million to Santos Laguna, R$ 40 million to Matías Rojas, R$ 3.5 million to Toluca and R$ 5.4 million to Shakhtar, preventing fresh transfer bans.

Operational revenue was R$ 863.6 million, net R$ 810.1 million. TV was R$ 413.5 million and gate receipts R$ 118.5 million, and the R$ 97.7 million cup prize was half blocked by Caixa and half paid as bonuses.

Costs reached R$ 855.3 million against R$ 727.7 million budgeted. Administrative expenses were R$ 170.8 million versus R$ 111.015 million planned, including the Rojas liability and R$ 112 million in contingencies, while personnel costs hit R$ 571.1 million, 16% over plan.
