Corinthians have signed a multi year agreement with subscription and content platform Fatal Fans worth R$ 22 million until the end of 2027, funding men's and women's football, basketball and futsal.
According to Meu Timao, the brand will appear on the shorts in men's and women's football, the upper back of basketball shirts and the front hem of futsal kits. The package is roughly four times the market rate for those spaces and sets club records for women's football, basketball and futsal.
President Osmar Stabile told members in a video that the partnership brings significant resources for these sports. The deal includes a 12 month renewal option to December 2028, which would add a little over R$ 9 million and take the total to about R$ 31.28 million.
The agreement arrives as Corinthians carry total debt of around R$ 2.7 billion. In basketball, after months of uncertainty, the project was kept but with an approximate 30% budget cut compared with last season, when the team reached the NBB semi-finals for the first time.
The club have lost Elyjah Clark, Davaunta Thomas and young centre Kauan Raymundo. They have moved to renew Elinho, Tico Faria and Victão, as well as head coach Jece Leite, who is preparing for a third season.
The board have adopted a cautious tone in the transfer market. Talks are most advanced with centre Matheus Leal, while moves are in place to bring in Gemadinha, formerly of Rio Claro, and Betinho, who played last season for Pinheiros. The new sponsorship may create further chances to strengthen the squad.
